Product Introduction
The two-component gel series product is a two-component preformed thermal conductive silicone grease product, which mainly meets the needs of low stress and high compression modulus during use. It can realize automated production, has good contact with electronic products during assembly, and exhibits low contact thermal resistance and good electrical insulation properties. This material has some advantages of both thermal conductive pads and thermal conductive silicone grease.

Flat panel displays, LED lighting equipment, PDP displays, LCD backlight modules, power supplies, modules, home appliances, motor control.
