This product, silicone three-proof adhesive , is developed by our company in response to market requirements and after repeated experiments and improvements. 9003#AB has high transparency, good folding resistance, good flexibility, anti-oxidation, good heat dissipation, good resistance to high and low temperatures (long-term use at -60 ℃ ~ 200 ℃), no whitening, product life of more than 3 years, maintenance-free, anti-oxidation, good yellowing resistance, stable chemical and physical properties, and excellent UV resistance.

This product is professionally used for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, dust-proofing, anti-static, etc. in the fields of S-shaped light strips, outdoor display screens, controller boards, etc. This product has the characteristics of fast curing, low viscosity, low odor, etc., and is particularly suitable for automated assembly line operations.
4. Operation precautions:
1. Prepare the glue, mix according to the weight ratio of 1:1, and stir thoroughly with a stirring device (make sure the two components are mixed evenly). Note: the stirring rod and container cannot come into contact with other glue;
2. Stirring: After mixing the two components, stir them thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes;
3. Spray coating: The spray coating should be free of leaks and sagging. The thickness of the coating is generally between 0.1-0.3mm.
4. After spraying the glue, leave it until the glue is completely cured before proceeding to the next step;
5. The product needs to be sealed and stored after use. After mixing the two components, please use them up within the surface drying time;
6. The curing speed of the product can also be adjusted by appropriately adjusting the dosage of Agent B (1:0.8-1.2). The curing speed is also related to temperature and humidity.

The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from open flames, and has a shelf life of 3 months; A14Kg/B14Kg or packaged according to customer's specified requirements.
