2. Product Introduction:
This sealant is a single-component, high-viscosity glue. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, solvent resistance, low shrinkage, and no collapse. It is very suitable for bonding and sealing large gaps (2-6mm). It is waterproof, oil-proof, impact-resistant, and vibration-resistant. It is widely used in electric heating equipment, household appliances, circuit boards and other industries.

5. Usage:
◆ After the product is squeezed out of the metal hose, the rubber material contacts the moisture in the air and gradually vulcanizes into an elastomer from the outside to the inside. The thicker the rubber layer, the longer the vulcanization time. To speed up the curing speed, after the temperature-resistant components are cured at room temperature, they can be treated in a humid oven at 50-100℃ and relative humidity>90% for 4-8 hours to fully cure. After use, the rubber hose should be tightly capped. If there is solidified material at the tube mouth, remove the solidified material and use it as usual.
6. Packaging, storage and transportation:
◆ The product is packaged in clean, airtight and dry metal tubes. The general packaging specifications are 100g/tube, 300ml/tube
◆ The product should be kept dry and protected from sun and rain during storage and transportation. The effective storage period is one year.
