Product Description
PUR hot melt adhesive is a moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, single-component, solvent-free, moisture-curing. The product has a long open time and strong initial adhesion. After dispensing, it is pressed and formed for 30-50 seconds, and it can be assembled after being kept under pressure for 30 minutes to 2 hours. It is further cured in the presence of trace moisture in the air. After being fully cured, it will not melt again. It has good toughness and impact resistance. It has good adhesion to metal, glass, plastic, composite materials, etc. It has good weather resistance. After aging test at 85℃, 85%RH and high and low temperature hot and cold shock test, the bonding strength attenuation rate is ≦25%. It is thixotropic, has suitable rheology, and is easy to operate.

Instructions for use
Surface treatment of bonding substrate: Clean the adhesive surface: remove rust, dust and oil stains, etc., and keep the bonding surface dry.
Glue application: Use a professional glue dispenser, usually a syringe-type preheating and melting
Glue dispenser. Avoid repeated heating of glue. Once the glue is opened, heated and put into use, it must be used up within 6 hours. If it needs to be used for a longer period of time, it is necessary to confirm that its viscosity has not changed.
Curing: Curing by moisture, the initial bond strength after joining is high, that is, it presents high operating strength. Under suitable conditions, it can reach high strength in 3 to 7 days.
