JTC series fully automatic three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine is a new generation of high-performance movable bridge measuring machine produced by Jiatai Company. The high-stability measuring system can quickly and effectively complete general testing needs and greatly improve the testing efficiency.

● The unilateral movable bridge structure significantly improves the motion performance and ensures measurement accuracy and stability.
● The three-axis guide rails are all made of high-precision natural granite with the same temperature characteristics and rigidity.
● The three-axis guide rails all use self-cleaning preloaded high-precision air bearings, which make the movement smoother and the guide rails will never be worn.
● RENISHAW self-adhesive open metal grating scale has a thermal expansion coefficient closer to that of the granite substrate, thus improving the stability of the equipment.
● RENISHAW high-speed and high-precision automatic control system, with built-in 32-bit microprocessor, truly realizes real-time control; optical fiber communication is adopted between upper and lower positions to enhance the electrical anti-interference ability.
● The powerful three-dimensional coordinate measurement software SEREIN-DMIS has a simple and friendly user interface, wizard-style operation, and is easy to learn and use. It can quickly set benchmarks, perform dimension inspections, point inspections, and quickly generate inspection reports.
● The software can be equipped with CAD module as an option, and has offline programming and teaching programming functions. The program can be executed repeatedly to obtain higher productivity. The report output is rich in pictures and texts, which can be viewed, printed and transmitted across platforms.
● The measurement results can be directly exported into standard data files (IGES or DXF), supporting reverse engineering.
