Product name: High thermal conductivity silicone grease
◢ Product Description
Thermal grease is widely used in heat conduction of heat-generating electronic components and radiators, such as chips, high-power transistors, thyristors, inverter modules, etc. The product forms a good heat conduction channel between heat-generating electronic components and heat dissipation substrates, reducing the operating temperature of the device below the critical point, greatly extending the life of the components.
◢Product Features
◆ Non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, excellent electrical insulation, superior thermal conductivity, low oil separation;
◆ High temperature resistance, aging resistance, stable chemical properties, can be used for a long time in the range of -30℃~+220℃;
◆ Easy to use and simple coating process.
◢ Main Application
1. Filling gaps between CPU and radiator, filling gaps between high-power triodes, thyristor components, diodes and substrates (aluminum, copper), between video amplifier tubes and heat sinks, semiconductor refrigeration, etc.
2. Used for heat conduction of other large electronic and electrical equipment

Packaging, storage and usage precautions
Packaging: 1KG/can. Store in a cool and dry place. If unopened and well sealed, it can be kept for 12 months.
During storage, a small amount of silicone oil may precipitate, which is normal and does not affect the performance. If necessary, stir well before use.
User guides
It is recommended to thoroughly clean all contact surfaces with solvents (such as isopropyl alcohol) before applying silicone grease. It can be directly applied to the heat dissipation interface, and lightly pressed so that the silicone grease can better fill the tiny gaps on the interface. If necessary, the thermal conductive silicone grease can be slightly heated (40℃~50℃) to reduce the viscosity to obtain a thinner adhesive layer.
