Product name: Instant Adhesive 903
The main component of instant adhesive is α-cyanoacrylate adhesive, which is a single-component, low-viscosity, transparent adhesive that cures quickly at room temperature. It is also called instant adhesive. It has a wide bonding surface and good bonding ability to most materials. It is one of the important room temperature curing adhesives.
Composition of instant adhesive:
1: @Ethyl cyanoacrylate
2: PMMA thickening powder
3: Stabilizer/accelerator/other additives
Is instant glue toxic?
@Ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive is a safe industrial adhesive
CYTECHER instant adhesive complies with:
ROHS/REACH/Halogen-free/FDA etc. tests
Can provide third party test report
How to test the strength of instant adhesive?
There are many varieties of instant adhesives, and the curing time of different products varies to a certain extent. Generally, the strength reaches 60% 2-4 hours after bonding, and reaches the ideal strength after 24 hours.
The more instant adhesive there is, the higher its strength will be. On the contrary, when the adhesive is evenly applied, the thinner it is, the higher its strength will be.
Storage and transportation of instant adhesive
The best storage temperature for instant glue is 5-10 degrees, away from light, low temperature and low humidity environment
Low temperature can effectively extend the product storage period
During storage at room temperature, the shelf life will be affected by the storage environment. Light and high temperature will shorten the product life.
When taking out the refrigerated glue from the refrigerator for use, be sure to let the glue return to normal room temperature (about 30-40 minutes) before using it. The best use temperature for instant glue is 25-35 degrees. Too low a temperature will cause the glue to react more slowly, and below 15 degrees the glue will enter a hibernation state.
High temperatures above 40 degrees will accelerate the oxidation of the glue and speed up curing. Excessive temperature will cause the colloid to become brittle.
Ideal curing humidity: 50%-65%
Too high humidity will produce more white fog
Note: The glue dispensed from the large bottle cannot be poured back into the original bottle for reuse
