The tool holders of our company are divided into single tool holders and multi-tool holder combination series, which can be freely matched with electromagnetic pens, red light holders, or pneumatic punching. You can choose the configuration you want according to your needs, and it can be customized according to your requirements. The tool holder adopts screw rod/cross guide rail up and down transmission, with high precision and long life. The tool holder width and motor height are optimized, the structure is compact and stable, and can be equipped with specially designed pneumatic punching, sharing the rotating motor, saving costs.
Tool holder function:
A. Control the vertical movement of the cutter head, the maximum range is 50-80mm (two models).
B. Control the installed cutter head to rotate 360 degrees without dead angle (continuously).
Note: Two sets of 100W/200W servo motors are required (most brands on the market can match). The tool holders sold by the company do not contain servo motors by default, and you need to configure them separately. The gun head does not contain blades, so you need to purchase them separately. Please be aware of this.
