Pure aluminum bag introduction:
Anti-static and moisture-proof pure aluminum bags, also known as aluminum foil bags , are designed for moisture-proof packaging of electronic components and comply with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-003 standards.
Pure aluminum bags are made of three or four layers of static dissipative grade nylon, aluminum foil, and static dissipative polyethylene and polyester to protect moisture-sensitive components from moisture and static electricity.
Not only does it provide good electrostatic protection, it also provides excellent moisture resistance
Instructions for use of pure aluminum bags :
1. The packaged products should not have sharp protrusions, as the protrusions will cause the bags to be worn out during transportation, resulting in knife leakage.
2. Do not use alcohol or other chemicals to clean the bag to avoid damaging the anti-static protective layer.
3. Do not bend the bag to avoid breaking the aluminum layer in the bag, causing the bag to leak and destroy the shielding effect.
4. When sealing the bag, be careful not to let the sealing area be stained with oil or sweat, otherwise the sealing effect will be poor.
5. The sealing temperature and pressure vary depending on the equipment.
6. Make sure there are no sharp objects in the packaging box to avoid stabbing the bag. Use desiccant and humidity card to ensure moisture-proof effect of the packaged product.
